Privacy
NELAI stores the account you create and the records you add to a business. This page describes that behavior. It is not a certification.
An account has a name, an email address, and a password. The password is stored as a scrypt hash, not as the password you typed.
A business holds its own website, pages, files, members, and the records of features that are turned on, such as enquiries or bookings. A person who is not a member of that business cannot open those records.
Activity entries record changes inside the business. They are not written to include passwords or payment secrets.
NELAI does not publish a self-serve way to delete an account from this site. There is no claim here of a privacy certification.
